Odd Aproach to Phorid Infestation

Hello, As I dream, I've spotted little maggots on the walls of my BRF jars after being away for the weekend. My vocabulary fails to describe the disgust I felt watching those diminutive bastards crawl around. Like a good mycophile, I went straight to The Good Book (Stamets's TMC) which easily identified the scum as phorid larvae. Well, I needed a low-cost solution to a potential disaster. I know that they will not lay eggs in total darkness, so I sealed the grow-room off from incoming light after removing and discarding the obviously infested jars which I incidentally cooked at 300 degrees for a while just to revel in the destruction of my enemies. According to TMC, at 75F, they will all be dead in just over two weeks. My concern is that since night-vision is cost-prohibitive, will a few minutes of light per day give the little bitches enough time to lay the eggs? If not, I can just leave it for the fifteen days. Comments? Concerns? redoC

I would just add a filter to my jars to prevent them from getting in.

I guess even some coffee-filter dust-guards would hold them at bay. Thanks for the suggestion. I'm preheating the oven to sterilize them right now.
