I think my dog might have snapped off 1/2 a cap of one of these but am not positive. How worried should I be?

Yea those are Galerina marginata I think. I know a human probably would not get that sick from just a half of a small cap. Not sure about a dog tho. How big is your dog?

All dogs are weird.
I had some colonized mycelium of a gym in a dish of agar. I cut it into 8 pieces and walked around my woods putting them in various fallen trees(just experimenting). My dog had followed me out there and was sneaking behind me and eating the agar wedges!when I caught him, he had eaten three. He is fine.

Looks deadly, but a little bit won't do anything bad.
If your dog ate 10 or 15 I would worry.

Thanks everyone. I love my pup :,( he's 45 lbs with a little growing left. I'm getting charcoal just in case. On the upside, we found a nice patch of cyans growing alongside these fuckers in my new neighborhood he's never shown an interest in mushrooms before today's incident
