Habitat: Where does it grow? Eg. woods, pasture, state, province, country, altitude, etc. What does it grow on? Eg. soil, dung, wood (dead, living, what kind of wood?), etc. Growing on a mossy covered rotting tree stump.
Gills: Color, attached/not, gills/pores, etc. Whitish, not attached gills.
Stem: Length, diameter, color, texture, hollow/solid, thin/thick, etc. The stems are hollow and thick.
Cap: Diameter, color, texture, conical/spherical, convex/concave, etc. Orangish..darker in center, fading outward. Slimy/sticky, convex.
Spore print color: Very important! Waiting on it.
Bruising: Color that the mushroom bruises, if any. Not really.
Other information: Scent of the mushroom, anything else you think is important, large close-up pictures showing stem, cap and gills. Check out the pic. Found in southern MI in mid November in hardwoods forest.

Can't see the pictures, but I'm guessing Armillaria.

The white spore prints on the top of the caps rule out Gymns

I don't think they are gyms.
It would be neat if they are Flammulina velutipes, but there are others that look similar.
Edit: Ran-D beat me to it.
