Mines to take a shower immediately after waking up. Today that didn't happen cause I would have been off the bus if I did. Shit this feels like shit, just 8 more hours until i get home...

got to try some honeycomb shatter recently and that stuff put a dent in my forehead. It sent me back into the placenta and into the 80s. I miss gushers fruit snack. My old routine was to wake and jerk, but aint got time for that anymore.

My morning processes are about as complicated and time-consuming as launching a space shuttle. Caffeine definitely plays a role in there somewhere.

For the last couple days tea has been a sipping in my mind. Noticed after having a bowl of it I can breath harder and faster and stronger and longer and better. Caffeine dilates me lungs they say. No they say. Why? I say. They knew a guy that railed caffeine pills they say. Oh I say.

Wake up, go to the bathroom, half hour of meditation, shower, have some tea and cereal while checking out the interwebs, listening to some music, and spending some time in the garden, water the garden, go to work.

I got a friend who mediates on the toilet to except he squats on the seat cause he can't shit right. (you know the constipation thing can only happens mostly during cold seasons)

your mornings are too sophisticated. i recommend waking uup while doing squats in the shower while downing the kratom, thyroid pill, and yogurt and washing it down with the showers water. The rest seems to important to mess with. Now that I think of it, I'm gonna walk into people and ask them about their day then proceed to walk away in midsentence.

I've been slippin on the dream journaling, but I always try to take a few moments when I first wake up to try to remember my dreams. Also oftentimes images of them will show up in my meditation because it's one of the first things I do after I wake up. I really should start dream journaling again though.
