Acute latex allergy and opium?
    #19163303 - 11/20/13 01:42 AM (10 years, 2 months ago)

If someone has an acute latex allergy is it dangerous for them to consume opium of other latex from plants? I have some different plant resins and extracts that I'm assuming we're made with latex and I don't want my friend to have an allergic reaction. Also would poppy pod tea be dangerous for my friend? He has had a reaction to dandelion wine and needed to use an epipen. Any help would be appreciated.

It really depends on their physiology. I recommend a doctor.
