Requesting advice on colonization (pics)

Hey everyone! Hope all is well in your corner of the universe.
SWIM got some odd balls in a group this month.
1.)
2.)
For 1.), SWIM has a couple jars seemingly stuck <5% remaining on the bottom for about a week. Was thinking of giving them a good shake and seeing if the mycelium reforms as a solid unit?
For 2.), It's the same problem as the bottom will not colonize. Even tried turning them upside down. This pic is shown also because I'm curious if the discoloration on the knot appears to be mycelial waste? Just want to make sure. My intuition is saying to give them a solid shaking and let em recuperate. I feel like these are still viable without contams and SWIM is performing technical errors.
Any thoughts or advice would be great. It just appeared odd that even on ones that aren't fully colonized there is water accumulating (even knots in 2.))and what appears to be waste which would mean they are ready/past ready to spawn now. **Edit** These are MS jars btw
Thanks a bunch!

You should have shaken them a long time ago.
Shake grain jars at about 25 percent for best results

I did shake them at those points. 2 are Completely done. 2 have about a centimeter worth that won't colonize on the bottom. And then there's these 2 lagging more behind. Perhaps I didn't shake them in an efficient enough manner, but I'm curious what I'm going to do to salvage the situation in this moment

Shake now if they recover fully in a day or two then fruit.
if they don't, then toss because they have some sort of contam.
little trick I just picked up on there forums

-__-* I know I noticed that too lmao. Don't hate on my lazy genes that despise consistency.
I'll give em a good shake. Thanks homie g's.
Any idea why the knots might be forming? Perhaps the holes in the jars are too big? >_>

Those aren't knots. They're pins or blobs, and they're probably forming because of the bacterial contamination. How do the jars smell?

that's why people do the shake at 90%
cuz there is nothing worse than spawning a monotub with a hidden contam in your jars!
