This is my first time cultivation B+. I grew Golden Teacher in January. This is after 1 week since being inoculated. Based on where its at now, how long would you guys say until full colonization, to anyone whos experienced with B+.

I'm sorry dude. You better toss those jars. They look contaminated.

Happy for you.
Nobody can tell you definitively how long its going to take to fully colonizer the growth medium.
Did you inoculate only one spot?

no there were 4 holes in the jar and i hit all 4 on both jars. only 1 syringe full of spores so you gotta figure half of a syringe in each jar.

You knocked up only two jars with a full syringe?

that's a lot for each jar. you only need around 1cc per jar. you could do around 10 jars with a normal syringe.

I know, I know. but I intend on going to bulk after i capture the prints of these guys. So I figured I would jam pack the jars with spores in hopes of fast colonization. That way I can capture the spores off of the very few mushies I get. How much weight do you think 2 jars would yield? after I capture the spores I may as well munch on them.
The Golden Teacher I grew in January were more or less a learning experience. I had 6 jars and only 2 made it without contam. and while fruiting both jars I lost one of the cakes. So I was left with but one cake to cultivate. But the mushies that grew were massive! and i didnt even dunk them. It was my first time trying mushrooms, I was paranoid of "bad shrooms" so I grew my own.

Yes, but it's also possible to over-saturate, doing more harm than good. Hard to tell moisture content from your pics. Hope all goes well.

Whats over-saturation? what kind of harm does it cause? I never read about that.. and ive spent my fair share on this site browsing various teks and articles.
I ordered the jars from Everything Mushrooms, so hopefully they are ok. but i will dunk them just in case.

if your substrate is too moist it won't colonize.
always dunk your cakes after you birth them, mushrooms are 90% water so i will only add to the growth.

since there are already signs of growth, does this show that there is no over-saturation? or is it still possible that it is over-saturated, even at this point in colonization?
also, I have never done bulk grow and was thinking about trying it with one of the jars. I know for sure I can fruit 1 jar straight from a cake to get the prints I want. But is there any suggestions for making a bulk substrate from just 1 jar? or is that advised against? lol

You should have followed the tek. More is not better.
Less spores = better
It is likely that your jars are now too wet and the myc will either grow slower or stall out completely.
Luckily spores and brown rice are cheap, and you already have all the other equip so if these fail you can make some more jars.
If I were you i would order another syringe and make some now

its only been about a week and few days and the signs of growth are evident so even though it may have taken a few extra days the jars are still within an average timeline. however i will take your advice and order some more stuff. just in case.

your jars may still colonize but certain areas may not leaving your cakes open to contamination.

It is not really something that can be seen at his stage. Your jars may very well be fine, but IME pf cakes do not colonize well with extra water
You should do 1/4 of a cc per hole and have four holes per lid, thus using on cc per jar. One syringe should make 10-12 jars

is there any way to save them? im no expert but it would be worth the try, it'd be a waste of time and money if i didnt give it a shot. any alternatives? perhaps break both up into bulk substrate?
also, when will i be able to tell for sure? is there any telltale signs?
