What the hell are you talking about?

Edit: Ok that might have been harsh. I need to point out that this post is much more helpful if you read it out loud in a Christopher Walken voice. Interestingly enough all of the semi colons;;;;;;;;;;; work really well when it is spoken aloud. (Using the Christopher Walken voice over work.)

To the op, what is the question you have? I think that the PF jars can be really rewarding when properly maintained in SGFC's. As far as bulk teks and grain it has been my experience that if you are going for volume you need to work with agar and develop an isolate that has really good results. This process can take a lot of time. The PF jar tek can be very rewarding because you have an opportunity to have more hands on work with your product.

...oh damn!
you sir just slapped me in the face with real sh*t.

What kind of turn outs am I expecting out of 92 PF Jars? Might throw a few into mono tubs... saw a cat liter thing... I feel like 92 cakes is still a fair turnout, no?

Stop crushing my hopes and dreams, d*ck.

LOL so unless you make a grow chamber to fit 92 cakes, I have to say that the standard SGFC will take 6-8 cakes. Something like 10-14 SGFC's or a Martha Stwearts Closet.

LOL.

Saw a cat liter thing, I think thats mine.

Its in my signature - Im doing another batch right now.

1 Brick Coir ( 2$)
2.5 Quarts Vermiculite ( $0.50 )
Handful of Gypsum

Enough to fill a 56-66qt Mono 4 inches.

I would take a few of those Half Pints and X'fer them into

1 Qt Jars using grain 2 grain. Allow them to fully
colonize than mix with substrate into a monotub.

Or you can make a helluva' greenhouse and fruit many many cakes.

but I find that the space required and getting around all the cakes
to harvest would become a real P.i.T.a!

I was reading several guides on bulk tub grows.. my thought was process was alright; do four of them instead.

not one large one; just four separate.

so six SGFC's [be it I don't know what those are, but that type of gig to move the cakes]

what bulkish style grow would you recommend? Yield is the goal:

He can stack them and get 16.

Add three monotubs at 20 BRF cakes per tub and you've got 76, assuming every one of them goes well.  I admire his spirit, but admit I have no idea what he's talking about either.

I am looking for Yield; as we all are.

Where should I put my time and money?
My main question at this point is;

What Fruiting process/set-up will give me best yield off of Brown Rice Flour cakes?

68.99 23-QT PC

This pressure cooker is 23 Quarts, I fit ten in there - It takes ten minutes to heat up, another twenty minutes or so to reach pressure,
another 90 mins to sterilize, another thirty minutes to decompress -

repeat x 7

And thats ten a piece.

Bed Bath And Beyond? Try Wal-Mart... BB&B Probably has a premium
price tag.

I seen the same 70$ PC on Amazon for 110 dollars -
40$ more, same day, all depending on the link
you click..

The worlds a funny place, theres probably a walmart
next to bed bath and beyond, the pc there is 100
and at walmart its 70, people still buy them at
bed bath...people are strange.

None, I can do 30 Jars in seven hours, without missing a beat.

Thats with it on the burner the whole time.. I put two inches of water
in there to be safe, by the time its done, its like it never lost a drop, though I still use two inches to be safe, in case I doze off
or something.

I actually just bought a AA 941 on amazon, than a few hours later I
canceled because I thought to myself, the hell do I need a new one for

( yeah Its nice that the 941 does 19 Quart Jars at once ) but for
400$ I dont need that function, not at this time in my hobby. I say
in a few months I will though.

The all american might even take longer to cool off or even to begin to heat up.
I think it's heavier duty.

Hello guys! So, I got a larger PC and will be starting to do basic weekend task. THe jars will begin their early stages tonight or tomorrow morning.

My only question before I mix up the bulk of my grow [being 72 jars] is how does use of Gypsum effect yields?

Pictures soon to come!

No we are not. We are totally laughing at you my man. But only when we hear the Christopher Walken Voice.  So, say more stuff with semi colons. It really helps.

BTW I am not convinced that Mr. Gnome is actually preparing anything, he/she is either trolling hard, (which I admire his spirit) or a cop. Either way, keep on keeping on, cause this thread is awesome!

Gnomester -- start uploading your pics to your Shroomery account.
This way you can put the picture in the thread, goofball.

Are they too close? is the light do-able? [6500k LeDs ]

They're fine in there the way you have them.
I use LED, but it is an expensive fixture that I used to use for growing corals.
So, I can't say if the LEDs you are using will be alright. 6500k is the right range.

how does light affect cakes that are in the Mycl. stage? Will they pin early? :o

I'm not sure what you're asking here. Light is good at all stages of the mushroom's growth.

Keep updating :cookiemonster:
