Should not be a problem for anyone who has hepC. Although psilocybin is turned into psilocin in the liver, it is pretty easy on it.
Thanks i will pass the word. I no its been on her mind. I don't amagine her doing a big dose. she should be fine? Wouldn't you think. it could also go the wrong way if she keeps sressing it. Thanks

Most of these gyms had little blue green bruises on them

Any ideas?
Gymnopilus pulchrifolius is likely, imo.

You're the best blood!

Is that species supposed to be active? There are loads of active Gymnopilus in the PNW besides luteofolius/aeruginosus

Anyone heard of this? I guess a lot of areas in pierce, king and thurston counties have lead and arsenic in the soil.
Well anyway, I found a freakin beast of a patch today. Video soon.

Well, someone found my lunch hunting spot and decided to pin rape it all! I guess you cant have your cake and eat it too Oddly they left a ton of them in a pile away from the patch for some reason so I snagged them to create a bunch of new patches. Kinda sucks cause this area was doing so well but I hope they enjoy them to say the least. Cant wait to hit the fields. Thinkin about going tomorrow mornin see if I can get me some libs.

I know these are not the best pictures but they will have to do for now. I live in oregon and all of these patches were found growing on fallen trees. I'm working on spore prints, but for now any IDs or attempts would be great!
Patch 1: this patch was older and had seemed to dropped their spores, could see purple prints that had fallen onto the lower caps

Patch 2:

Patch 3:

All in all I'm pretty sure but not positive these are all the same kind, starting out light and turn gold all the way to brown. If noone has ID'd in a bit or if the pics are just to horrible I will update with spore results and close ups.

dont get discouraged though, keep looking and you will find some . Try looking near edges of forests or where woodchips are more abundant. They seem to love walking trails.

Well I felt the urge, so I just went on a little walk to see what I could find. I found probably 5 or 6 different kinds and was kind of in a hurry so just took pictures as I went. Any IDs would be great, my main goal long term is to find actives but right now I'm just trying to get to know local species.
1: not really sure what kind these are, but I really liked the red!

2: found this old guy all by himself

3: in this patch a "nipple" was present on almost every cap and about 50% were wavy

4:

5:this patch was growing out of an old stump

6: and finally this was growing in an old horse stall

Thanks for looking guys, I know these pictures suck too but I saw so many I just had to put some up!
