Looks good if anything some of them might be too wet. You really don't want wet grains. They colonize slow and bacteria loves it.
Popcorn by the way is often regarded as the worst grain choice for cultivation.
It's also, as you may have noticed, is made of very large kernels so you're actually getting way less mycelium when you use it as spawn. It seems to colonize really fast but that's because there's less to colonize.

might be a bit too wet, next time try wbs, it gives a better spawn

Popcorn is a great substrate IMO. I actually like cracked corn a little bit more.
I love the way popcorn smells after PC!
the jars look good. The grains turn darker when they are cooked
