since mycellium still seems to have her panties in a bunch (she thought no one else could figure this tek out), i'll be glad to help.
to avoid contams, make your holes about midway between the center and the edge. avoid the direct center as it is last to colonize.
many experiments are ongoing with this tek and the main precaution is just not to overdo it, a few cc's every few days is plenty, you don't need a strawful a day.
