Just thought sharing this interesting news-

In 1938 Harvard University began following 268 male undergraduate students
and kicked off the longest-running longitudinal studies of human development in history.

One major finding was that we as human beings have the capacity to change even into or pass mid age.  Life does get better even after 40s or 50s.  A lot has to do with lifestyle and yes, warm relationships - LOVE!
