I just got done doing some small trays, now I am wanting to up my sub weight and move up to a monotub. I plan to use a 66 quart mono, such as tub. I am going to order this substrate. I have 4 quarts of spawn to use and would like to know if I should order the 10lb bag or the 15lb bag in order to get around 4 inch sub depth.

I think since you're doing 4 qts sub you'll be needing 12 qts spawn
Which is a good 1:4 ratio.

Can I ask why you're not just going to pasturize your own sub?
Its pretty simple, head over to a hydro shop or garden center and pick up Coir Bricks and Vermiculite - Use a betty crocker roaster + meat/candy thermometer and you'll be done in a few hours.

12 qts. of spawn to knock up only 4 qts. of sub? Sure you don't have that backwards?

Yep, Backwards.
4 Quarts of Spawn to 12 Quarts of Sub.
Which is also 1:3

I mean I have a really nice pressure cooker bought specifically for cultivation. Will coir bricks work as well as poo?

It says that for a 66qt mono, I will need 17-20 quarts of sub and 3.5-5 quarts of spawn. So would that be 1 quart sub= 1 lb sub?

No for a 66qt tub you want about 10 qts of sub and about 6 qts of spawn

I wouldn't add any more sub. 4 qts of spawn to a brick and 2 qts verm should suffice

If you want a deeper layer of sub/spawn it will create larger yields, though take longer to colonize right?
No matter what 6 quarts of Spawn and 10 Quarts of Sub = 16 Quarts
So 4 Quarts of Spawn and 12 Quarts of Sub = 16 Quarts as well.
In a 66 Quart Container, this is about 4 inches right?
Either way its still 1:3 which is a high enough ratio of sub/spawn.
Im not disagreeing with Strom or saying hes wrong, but I would take a longer colonization that yields greater than a lower sub/spawn ratio that doesent yield as much and contains less moisture.
