I'm pasteurizing my coir verm substrate as we speak the correct way using franks proper 3.0 and my jars are 100% colonized well they have been for a few days now I just haven't had time to spawn to m monotub due to having to work Late the last couple days and the bottom of the jars look a lil different than some of the others I think its from condensation in he jars and the bird seed being a lil moist from sitting for the last couple days can someone tell me what they think and if they will be OK to spawn when my substrate cools down? Thanks for the help.

It looks a little too wet in the jars, imho. As they are pretty much 100% colonized, why not open one, dump it out and smell it ? If it's sweet smelling (almost like a rotting apple) it's bad. If it smells like mushroom (like a clean dirt smell is how I describe it) then it should be good.
What's with all the weird growths at the top of the jars ? I'm guessing very wet interior or wet wbs stuck up there when you shook it. You might have to adapt your technique for drying the seeds (maybe it's very humid where you are)
Also, is that just polyfill coming out the tops ? Hard to tell, but anyway, maybe you need a better hole for gas exchange.
Don't give up and don't feel discouraged, obviously you have the right conditions to grow, you just need to grow the right stuff!
I'm not an expert, but here's my suggestions: - dry seeds a little more than before - re-examine your clean technique (maybe use a sab if you didn't) - do one jar, when you know it's successful do a g2g so you don't waste wbs (and time, and electricity, etc) - make sure your jars have a good ge hole (1/4, tyvek, and silicon are awesome and cheap) - sometimes shit just happens, laugh it off, swear at that contams, get them out of your house, and start again.
Cheers.
