"Trayvon wasn't looking to confront Zimmerman"

If this statement were true, he would have been in his house, he made the wrong choice and decided to confront Zimmerman.

So if someone is walking behind you and say hey what are you doing you have every right to assault them?

Trayvon could of said get fucked went home do his lean and listen to lil wayne have seizures .

But no he went back outside and attacked the fat fuck after he already retreated.

Shrek even said so.

no, but he wasn't just walking behind him... he was walking behind him, to the side of him, following him left, right and all the way home. Zimmerman doesn't live there. so why is going in that direction? oh yeah, because he was FOLLOWING HIM.

this is the distinction, and i can agree that this is where the skittles loving faggot made his big mistake.

YEAH. he made a mistake. so did that fat shithead... he tried to follow someone around a neighborhood, following him home... for no reason. that's menacing to people. all people.

The key point is, he didn't have to confront Zimmerman, he should have just stayed at his house, but he felt disrespected and decided a confrontation was in his best interest, he was wrong.

seriously. Trayvon may have confronted Zimmerman. but he wasn't looking to do that. he was looking to walk around freely and not be followed by a big fat fucking stupid American law nut.

like any normal person, he didn't want some fat freak following him... and since he was being followed HOME he eventually confronted the assailant, to protect his home and his privacy.

although this is the case, Trayvon wasn't PREVIOUSLY LOOKING TO CONFRONT ZIMMERMAN. HE WAS JUST WALKING AROUND. ZIM WAS LOOKING TO CONFRONT TRAYVON BECAUSE HE THOUGHT HE LOOKED SUSPICIOUS. HE DIDN'T, BUT HE FOLLOWED HIM HOME. YOU DON'T FOLLOW SOMEONE AROUND WITHOUT HAVING BEEN LOOKING TO CONFRONT SAID PERSON OR ATTEMPT TO ENTER THEIR HOME.

MAN, people... wake the fuck up.

you say he felt disrespected. you have no proof of this. he could have very well been in fear for him and his GF's life, because some freak was following him around all the way home. good point, otherwise, but still IRRELEVANT.

"you say he felt disrespected, you have no proof of this"

He started a physical altercation, he beat the shit out of Zimmerman, what more proof does one need?

"could have very well been in fear"

A fearful person runs away, especially when that option is available, they don't initiate a confrontation.

regardless if he was in fear or not, he was trying to defend his home and it's contents... because fat fuck followed him there. simple.

and you still can't say whether or not he felt "disrespected" and that's why he confronted Zimmerman. he may have felt disrespected, but as a sole reason for the confrontation, the rationale holds no water.

no, you couldn't be anymore stupendously wrong. Trayvon Martin (that little faggot) wasn't following Zimmerman (that fat fucking idiot). Zimmerman was following Trayvon... hence it follows that Zimmerman was looking to confront, Trayvon, more then Trayvon was looking to confront Zimmerman. because Trayvon WASN'T FUCKIGN FOLLOWING HIM.

logic. it's a powerful thing.

Yes, Zimmerman was following Trayvon to begin with, but then Zimmerman lost sight of Trayvon. Thus, that confrontation was over. Tray Tray could of left the scene at this point and everything would of been hunky dory.

But he didn't. The second confrontation started when Trayvon circled back around to surprise assault Zimmerman. So I would have to disagree with your statement of "Trayvon WASN'T FUCKIGN FOLLOWING HIM".

Logic, I wish you used it.

i wish you did. Trayvon was pushing back. Zimmerman initiated the confrontation by LOOKING TO CONFRONT TRAYVON BY FOLLOWING HIM.

Zimmerman STARTED THE WHOLE SCENARIO.

but of course, lets continue... i know you've got some more repeating to do. i know the scenario doesn't hold up to your world view on American freedoms.

lets summarize.

1: Zimmerman started the first confrontation.
2: Trayvon started the second confrontation.
3: Zimmerman... STARTED THE FIRST CONFRONTATION.
4: Trayvon started the second confrontation.

"pushing back", yeah, by running away from the supposed threat and returning to start assaulting him.

Sure, Zimmerman started the entire scenario but he didn't break any laws or do anything wrong. Martin decided he wanted to assault him after the initial contact.

"he was trying to defend his home"

That's not true, why would he think Zimmerman was a threat to his home?  There is no evidence of this, Zimmerman had no clue that Trayvon even lived in that area.

The prosecution never brought up that speculative theory, why? Because it makes NO SENSE.

why would he think that? because Zim followed him WALKING HOME. the two individuals don't have telepathy, and they can't know any of each other's intentions.

but besides that, it is only speculation on my part. i would feel threatened, personally, if someone was following me all around my neighborhood, at night, in the rain... in a car and on foot. following me constantly like some kook.

especially in particular neighborhoods.

he wasn't running away, he was escaping the sight of the perpetrator that was following him like a stalker.

the only thing that you or any of your kind has to back up your shitty detestable world view, is that "he didn't break any laws!" well, wtf happens to cause the need for any laws... oh yeah, people do something that is fucking stupid and/or wrong and/or dangerous and/or is an invasion of personal space and property.

he may not have broke any laws, but as you stated freely...
Quote:

Sure, Zimmerman started the entire scenario

and that's the point. no one HAD to be confronted at all. from both parties involved. both parties made mistakes. only one broke any laws, but BOTH PARTIES INVOLVED MADE MISTAKES.

IF YOU CAN'T SEE THAT ^ stay the freaking fuck in American and never leave, for the worlds fucking sake. just stay and implode.

you can't see anything except for what's fed from a conveyor belt to your fucking brain.

i can say it a million times and you fools will still only see what you want to see...

Trayvon was in the wrong... ZIMMERMAN WAS ALSO IN THE WRONG, NOT LEGALLY, BUT HE SHOULDN'T BE FOLLOWING ANYONE INCESSANTLY, BECAUSE NO ONE IN THIS FUCKIGN PLANET WOULD LIKE THAT OR ACCEPT THAT FROM ANYONE ELSE.

Zimmerman followed law so we should praise him! even if what he did was wrong!i don't mind looking stupid... this BULLSHIT is more stupid then any thing else.

justifying problems with "oh well the law says it's ok!!"

no wonder you people are wiretapped and freaking treated like babies.

i can say it again... so that it can be ignored again to suit the argument...

TRAYVON BROKE THE LAW. HE DESERVED TO DIE AT THAT POINT, BECAUSE HE WAS A DANGER TO ZIM. YEP. UNFORTUNATELY... ZIM STARTED THE ISSUE BY TIRELESSLY FOLLOWING TRAYVON AND TRYING TO START PROBLEMS. HE HAD NO CAUSE FOR THAT, HENCE IT WAS A MISTAKE

IT WAS A MISTAKEIT WAS A MISTAKEIT WAS A MISTAKEIT WAS A MISTAKEIT WAS A MISTAKEIT WAS A MISTAKEIT WAS A MISTAKEIT WAS A MISTAKEIT WAS A MISTAKEIT WAS A MISTAKEIT WAS A MISTAKEIT WAS A MISTAKEIT WAS A MISTAKEIT WAS A MISTAKEIT WAS A MISTAKEIT WAS A MISTAKEIT WAS A MISTAKEIT WAS A MISTAKEIT WAS A MISTAKEIT WAS A MISTAKEIT WAS A MISTAKEIT WAS A MISTAKEIT WAS A MISTAKEIT WAS A MISTAKEIT WAS A MISTAKEIT WAS A MISTAKEIT WAS A MISTAKEIT WAS A MISTAKEIT WAS A MISTAKEIT WAS A MISTAKEIT WAS A MISTAKE
