Animal Planet * 5
    #19157038 - 11/18/13 09:42 PM (10 years, 2 months ago)

I use to love watching this channel on TV. They use to always show documentaries at night and all sorts of cool shit.

Why does it seem like every time I turn this bullshit on, its about finding fucking Sasquatch?

I want to see cool shit about the ocean and shit and crazy animals I've never even heard of, not some hairy fucking monkey that doesn't exist :psycrankey:

Discuss this outrage. :crankey:

dude, i love a good nature documentary.  love.

i have this distinct memory as a kid of watching this documentary on national geographic about the summers in africa, and how all the water would dry up and the waterhole area would get reaaaal competitive.  i remember this one scene with all these hippos trying to squeeze into this shitty little muddy puddle, and force each other out (when they were normally super chill).

iono...  nothing.

yea i feel ya

Man I honesty can't watch t.v. anymore, I hate getting interrupted with commercials

Sure there are adds on the internet but usually not during but before, which doesn't bug me as much.

I should see if I do have animal planet though, I got cable set up for free a few months ago and literaly have only watched t.v. twice and rented porn twice, and I'll admit I'm not too proud of renting porn of t.v. only because both of them fucking sucked big time and was disappointing.  Internet is far superior in terms of entertainment and pornography in my opinion :sip:

Same thing with TLC showing shit like Honey Boo Boo, A&E with duck dynasty, most of cable tv in general has been going down the shitter the past 6 years or so.

they're pandering to their audience, i guess nobody wants to learn any more they'd rather watch an hour of bullshit with people hitting trees with sticks and making groaning noises like they're fuckin a goat..

Discovery Channel used to air Wild Discovery 10 -15 years ago, but they no longer do it. used to come on every night and it was awesome.

Now you have to go to The Science Channel, National Geographic and NatGeo Wild to get the good stuff.

its likely they stopped showing stuff like that on those other channels so that you would buy more packages containing more channels.

Long gone are the days I can enjoy Animal Planet or History channel, Discovery or TLC and shit like that. It's just reality bullshit now. I want the Hitler channel back god damnit. Fuck cable television.

River Monsters is the shit. Fav show off Animal Planet.

Nat Geo is the way to go if you're looking for less commercialized shows if you know what I mean (corny reenactments, etc.)

At least Animal Planet didn't fall off as much as history channel, what a joke
