Anyone ever germinated WBS?

Anyone ever germinated WBS for the fun of it?  I have a little bit planted, but the rains are thrashing it :frown:

Yeah I actually am growing gardens of it at the moment to feed my aviary. It has taken the millet about a month and a half to go from seed to making seed. There are tons of other plants growing from that seed that I am unsure of what they will become, it is exciting! I will maybe post some pictures if I can find the time.

I assume that they can scrap the husk and get the part they want. I have not tried feeding them my homegrown seed yet so I am not certain.
