Can someone confirm these are Shaggy Parasols?

I found these before but they were bigger and in a different habitat to these, but I'm pretty sure they are the same.
Habitat: Ireland. Mixed forest. Mostly appear to be fruiting from pine needles but some were in grass near deciduous trees.
Cap: up to 150mm diameter. Brown, shaggy texture. Spherical to convex becoming almost flat.
Gills: Whitish, becoming brown at the lower edge. Free and slightly distanced from stipe.
Stipe: up to 140mm long and 15mm thick and slightly thickening towards the base. Most have a thick ring which can be moved up and down on some of them.
Staining reddish brown when cut becoming brown after a while.
Sorry for the bad pics, my computer is broke at the minute so I can't get pics off my camera so I have to use my phone

I noticed a few tiny insect on them and they've eaten a few holes in them but no signs of decay. This isn't a big problem is it?

Well I was quite certain TBH but I'm still a novice at this so it's good to have a second opinion.
So these little insects aren't too much of a problem if I just give them a good wash before I cook them?

Not really, at least not microscopic ones like these, you'd almost need a magnifying glass to see them. I've seen worse in supermarket food. Now maggots would be a different story
