This is my fruiting process, small fan blowing about 15 feet away towards chamber, I did mist the walls a tad bit. We Will see how it looks in the morning. Light attached to a 12/12 timer

if you got nice beads of moisture on the surface there's no need to mist, let that dry up before you do and being that you have holes for a sgfc i'd say it's gonna be every hour or 2 but keep us posted on info like that so we know

Have the fan oscilating NOT pointed towards the tub.
And misting the walls is pointless....we want humidity coming from water evaporating off the substrate....so mist the substrate and not the walls.

Its a hybrid because the tub was so small.

I couldn't ever get my conditions dialed in just right with an oscillating fan. I just find a stationary spot where it creates a nice draft around the room. I usually blow it towards the corner of the room.

I honestly don't even use a fan in my closet anymore...the closet is "drafty" enough lol.

I suspect a ceiling fan would create a sufficient amount of flow in a given room in most situations?

Alright guys. I haven't taken my duct tape off yet of the holes(its off right now for picture purposes). I misted and fanned today about 4 times. I had a few little pins develop around the tub and I just cased tonight. Here are a couple pictures, of the pins first and then the second picture is of the MGSC its about a 1/4 inch thick. Basically covering the myc. Now what should I do with it? Put it back into fruiting or leave it incubating for awhile?

From what ive read, it is best to let the casing partially colonize before you put it into fruiting (which is fine and many people do it). At a minimum, wait until you see the mycelium "break through" the casing in a few spots and then put it into fruiting. Patching these spots and waiting a bit longer is even better if you have the patience. But I also would listen to cronicr, he knows what hes talking about :P

Should I mist the casing even if my substrate had very very small puddles of water before I cased??

Thats for thicker casing layers at1/4inch it would be colonized the next day so just fruit it,its common practice with species like pans Mist only when your sub needs it, if theres visible moisture thers no need to

No difference in cased substrate a day after besides the mgsc getting darker in spots(looking damp).

Maybe I'm alone here but I'm not sure that substrate is going to fruit.
Thick fluffy mycelium, yellow spots, excess moisture. Looks like a real bad bacterial problem to my eyes
