Panaeolus Cinctulus?

Hey guys! I'm new here, sort of just becoming fascinated with fungal life and it's complexities. Being somewhat uneducated in hunting, and with folks around where I live being so secretive about the local patches of P. Cyanescens, I have to go for the low hanging fruit as it were. After doing some research and finding the statement of abundance appealing, Panaeolus Cinctulus seemed like a sensible target for my beginning endeavors. Being the illustrious and soggy mushroom kingdom that Oregon is,the attention of my fellow fungal philosophers is directed at the more potent and prestigious Psilocybe family and no one around here seems to know what they even are. I found some of what I suspect to be P. Cinctulus and perhaps you gents could tell me if I'm barking up the right stem or not. Apologies in advance for the bad picture quality, flip phones aren't known for their photographic prowess. I found these in a local park where I've heard P. Cyanescens grow. I found half of them in the same conditions one might expect to find Cyanescens (bark chips, pine trees, rhododendron etc.) and the other half growing in the grass. Thanks for the help! Cheers!

Yeah, picture quality's not that great. The print was indeed jet black, however. What are foes?

They like warm weather, check in May. Right now it is Psilocybe season.

I don't believe you. You might as well call it Bob and it would be just as informed of an identification. Psathyrella subgenus Psathyrella, especially the species around P. gracilis are very much like a taxonomic black hole...
