Pretty sure is cobweb. Its a darker white than the mycelium, almost grey and very fibrous.
The bulk substrate has not finished colonizing yet. Is it even worth it to try and treat with H202 or should i cut my loses before it infects other tubs?

I would like to see a picture before directing you in any way. Wouldent feel right without seeing something.

Im sorry but Im not an expert, and I really cant see shit from that picture.
I figured these would better suit your eyes as a reference, as opposed to a bunch of words

Cobweb grows fast so it will take over quickly if it was cobweb.

Not a great picture, but it doesn't look like cobweb, or any other bad mold, to me.

OP, you have some sort of mold in there, that is what you are seeing.
It will probably go green before too long.
What is your substrate and how did you pasteurize it?

Mold before first flush indicates contaminated spawn. Peroxide will only work on cobweb, so the OP should try it. If that terrible picture actually is showing cobweb, it will melt and disappear on contact. If not, toss it out if you have more than one type of mycelium showing. RR
