I haven't seen much growth out of it lately and it's been about 2 weeks.

Thank you for the replies. Here is another pic, however it isn't much better quality. I'll take a couple opinions before I make a decision. One thing though, I had a lot of condensation on the lid and it all ran into the tub making pools of water ontop of the substrate. Is this going to be an issue or should I just leave it?

Looks good to go. Low resolution but from here I don't see any problem with it or why you shouldn't fruit it now.
The water should be fine, chances are it will absorb in a few hours.

I just wanted to double check some things. All I need to do for fruiting conditions is expose the tub to a 12/12 cycle with an appropriate light source, have a fan running on low indirectly facing the tub. I do not need a casing layer?
I am checking because I have had a couple tupperware mini-tubs not fruit when i put them in my sgfc. Thanks for the help

Ambient/indirect light on a 12/12 from the start is best, disregard old info that says to colonize in the dark.
And I suggest using a casing layer for PE....read this:
Casing layer reduces PE blobs (FH's PE)
Jars/bags/tubs/trays should colonize @ room temperature getting ambient/indirect light.
Main pinning triggers are full colonization, FAE and Evaporation off of the substrate.
Light is a secondary pinning trigger. For tropical species temperature is not a pinning factor.
P. Cubensis are a tropical species. You could colonize at 70F and fruit at 80F with great results.
Light has been proven beneficial during all stages of mycellium growth. Mushrooms like mammals have a circadian rhythm.
You want ambient/indirect light(on a 12/12 schedule preferably) for colonization and consolidation.
You want direct/intense 6500K light on a 12/12 schedule for fruiting.
Optimal temps are mid 70s throughout the whole grow, but anywhere from 65F-80F is acceptable.
Incubation is outdated/uneeded unless temps in the range stated above cannot be kept.
The inside of the jar is always a few degrees warmer than the outside because the mycellium produces heat..mycellium tends to stall at temps above 86F , and contams thrive.
Fruiting at cooler temps tends to produce denser, meatier fruits, while fruiting at higher temps will often produce hollow, less dense stems.
Mycelium should be exposed to ambient room light from day of inoculation as has been known for many years. Light is not a pinning trigger until after full colonization and an increase in air is given, and even then it's a secondary pinning trigger. RR

Alright i'll wet some eco earth coco coir and put it on top as a casing layer, maybe mix with verm. Does it matter if I apply the casing layer 3 days after I have started fruiting conditions?

Came back from thanksgiving break to this. Didn't have enough time to case it before I left unfortunately.

Some of the fruits are 5" or so long already!

Bulk doesn't need to be dunked, and if you do you shouldn't dunk for more than a couple hours.

I do not always dunk after the first flush, depending on the size, but after the second flush it gets very devoid of water and if you are going for a third flush you usually will have to dunk it to get any decent results. I have been dunking it for 6 hours longer than I can remember and it seems to work good for me

Hey, if it works for ya, it works
IME dunking for longer than 2-3 hours just made my substrate soggy and contaminants take hold more often.

I think this is one of those issues where differing climates can mean everyone is speaking truthfully and accurately and end up agreeing on absolutely nothing.
