World's most expensive watches

I saw this featured on a show. There's a company that sells some of its watches for at least $100,000, could also be some in the 2 or above range, but I forget. The company's name is Blancpain. Imagine that, paying $100,000 for a watch.

Only due to the company going out of business and later being purchased by them. Blancpain originated in the 1800s, whereas Swatch originated in 1983.

I know... I also know that $100k and even $200k are far from the most expensive, one of the luxury watch makers has a lot of great designs with some of their stuff such as a limited edition diamond tourbillion costing over a million bucks, look at Vacheron Constantine, no fucking way I could see clear to spend that kind of cash on a watch even if I had that kind of money though most are in the $60k-$100k range

They have this really cool visible moving part!

Most of those watches are ugly as hell and are mainly expensive because they are stuffed with jewelry.
I can appreciate those watches with the cool visible intricate machinery though. Some are like some mad professors doomsday device in miniature.

I just bought this wooden watch made from green sandalwood. It's the most I've ever spent on a watch because I usually don't wear one, $200.

That's pretty cool. Earthy.
I like watches but I'm the type of person that would always forget or be to lazy to wear it. Typically my phone is my watch.

My phone is my watch.
I think my dollar store watch that was really only 53 cents or so (not a whole dollar) got lost, it did break off the little tab that holds it in the little holes.
I may get another as a bus catching watch but otherwise just use my phone, would just allow me to keep my phone in my backpack, check time easier, etc. For like 50 some cents.
No heartbreak to lose or break it. Otherwise not a lot of reason to have a watch for me

Not only is this spam, but it's a joke in light of my original post.
