Is this mold or is it ok?

Hey guys,
I am just working on my first grow, so I am quite new into this Topic.
After the mycel broke through the Substrate in the box, I found some "grey" parts which look like mycel but not with the same bright white color. Is this green mold or something? There are no green spots visible. Only white and grey.
A few days ago I had some cob web mold, which I almost killed by reducing the temperature and by increasing the air circulation. The mycel starts to get some pins and I think its going into primordial state in a few days.
What do you think? I will post some pics here. Your opinions and help is very much appreciated

It's hard to tell what your set up is from those pictures, and they're kind of blurry. One thing I can say is that mycelium will go from bright white to dull white to yellow/brown as it ages. Psilocybin containing species will also blue.

What you have the substrate in. Would also help to determine the scale of the pics

The Substrate is in a mini greenhouse made out of plastic.
The basin where the Substrate is in, is about 38 cm * 18 cm.
The temperature is constant at 23 degrees.
The humidity is around 90 - 95 %.
I give in fresh air 2 to 3 times a day.
The greenhouse is under plant light for 8 - 10 hours a day.
Hope this helps^^

Continue doing what you're doing. Unless you see some obviously off colored powdery spores/odd colors/different smells, then you're still doing alright.
Pictures would help if you can get some of this "new" grey going on. That would give us a better idea to guide you what to do.

Those pins are growing bigger. I can now clearly see shrooms in primordial state. I wonder why I takes so long for them to become bigger?
They grew about 3 millimeters in one day.

Genetics. Sometimes you'll get a fast fruiter that'll send you to the moon. Othertimes you'll get slow growers that are bunk. It could also end up being the other way around. Genetics are pretty interesting stuff!

They are now about 1 cm...small.
I assume its because of the low temperature of only 23 degrees.
The strain is ecuador, which grew at a friends grow several centimetres per day.

Update : The biggest shroom is about 4 cm high and it Looks like if he is going to open the cap. Does that mean I have to harvest because he wont get bigger?
What about the smaller ones?
Please advise.
Thank you

I harvested the biggest one (4 cm high) because he opened the cap.
The smaller ones seem to stop growing now (their caps are not black yet) Are they aborts?
