I much prefer reading from a book than a computer screen.

Also I can read a book while travelling, camping, sitting out in the sun, plane flights, etc.

But yeah, I do get your point :tongue2:

Yeah kindles are way better for reading than a regular sreen, especially when it comes to being in the bright sun.

But newer tablets/phones/even some laptops have screens that are bright enough to read while in the bright sun, still not as good as a kindle is in the sun though.

I don't know when it started happening, but screens now adays are so freaking reflective I can use them as a mirror. I remember when they were advertised as antiglare, not pretty and shiny.

i love my black and white kindle for reading. honestly, even more than reading a book. i can read much faster on it because the words are well spaced out and my eyes dont get distracted by words on the opposite page

at my disposal is an extensive knowledge of explosives as well as a remote control helicopter.

Put a detonator on the explosives, tie them to the helicopter, fly it into the whit house yard, and detonate once you get close to the white house.

Yeah, smooth/reflective screen make for a bettere/crisper picture, but then you have to deal with the glare, that's why they're starting to make screens really bright, so you can see them even with a glare.

Not true. Mobile devices are battery powered. And I prefer looking at a page to a screen; first thing I said :lol:

I'm sure you'd like the screen with yellow-amber lens glasses.

:lol: well you get what I was was saying.

And honestly I much prefer a kindle to a real book, I love that it's small and can store 1000's of books on it, going traveling and bringing 1000s of books with you would be quite the hassle, not to mention the wonderful software features they have, and you can barely tell the difference between a kindle screen and actual paper, honestly the kindle screen looks a little better than real paper.

Well I'll admit I've never read from a kindle and don't own one but perhaps that might be a good investment in the near future :strokebeard:

If you enjoy reading it is a VERY good investment. Check one out that's on display next time you see one at an electronics store or walmart or wherever, you won't be dissapointed.

"no vandalism...but help me figure out how to use these bombs" oh NW what are we going to do with you

--------------------
Something there is mysteriously formed,
Existing before Heaven and Earth,
Silent, still, standing alone, unchanging,
All-pervading, unfailing,
I do not know its name; I call it tao.
If forced to give it a name, I call it
Great (ta). Being great, it flows out;
Flowing out means far-reaching;
Being far-reaching, it is said to return.

It's just a shot away..
