A few questions regarding colonization, temperature and storage

1). I have three BRF cakes colonizing at the moment. One is almost done, the other two are still a little behind. However, where I live, it is starting to get hot with daytime temperatures starting to get to 36-40 degrees Celsius (96-100 Fahrenheit). What would you recommend I do with my cakes once colonization is complete - cold shock in the fridge, dunk and roll and then into the fruiting chamber? Or what are my alternatives?
2). Will it even be possible to get my mushrooms to fruit with the temperatures being so high?
3). I have a really nice liquid culture that's just taken off (gone crazy and filled the jar). Unfortunately, I'm about to go away and wont have the chance to use it until I get back. So, how long can I store a jar of LC in the fridge?
Forgot to mention. The species is P. Cub and the strain, Golden Teacher. Not sure if that makes a difference or not.

That is a good question. Around 30 odd, I'd say. Not entirely sure. Still pretty hot, though, perhaps too hot for mushroom cultivation.

That's what I thought, but I've heard others say (mostly on other sites/forums) that it is far too hot. After colonization, should I still fridge shock before drunk and roll, do you think?

They don't require a cold shock as they're tropical, but I still dunk them in the fridge, then rinse and roll.
