What are these suspicious brown dots?

I have this graft cactus and these brown dots are worrying me, are they sun damage or fungus? Brown stuff wont scratch off, any help would be appreciated

After all that rain we had the other week some of my cactus have similar spots. Shouldn't be anything to worry about and should clear up on their own. Probably from the humidity...

I completely agree these are humidity and water related.  I see them on trichs a lot.  I wouldnt worry about them.

Once the excess water issue clears you might want to get some fert in that cactus. Just use a mild fert designed for blooming that is useable on food crops. I say this because of the light color and yellowish spots seen on this cactus.

They are rust spots. And the K-man knows it. Its the excess water. I don't know why it happens but it just does. It should be fine.
