Could this be Amanita Muscaria?

Hello fellow hunters! New to the adventure and just stumbled on these specimens a couple days ago. Looking for a second opinion, thanks for your time!
I've included several sample shots, including a picture of the tree they were found under.
Habitat: Urban park, possibly potting soil
Gills: White, creamy
Stem: White, creamy
Cap: red, red-orange, orange/light orange (fades to lighter color around edges)
Bruising: None
General location: Washington

Thank you Hashfinger and ZippyHippy for your quick responses! I was think about making some tea with them. Should I dry them first?
Why are some so pale? Do they loose color as they age? Could it be because it is so late in season?
These much smaller, and clustered bunch we found near by. Similar in shape but very different in color. Dark/medium brown white light brown warts. (Did not pick! Just interesting.)
