Yet another grow-kit question...how can I stimulate growth in a mushroom-less kit?

Apologies if this ends up being a repost; I posted about this about 3 hours ago, and it seems to have vanished into the aether.
I bought 3 single-box grow kits in A'dam a while back, the super easy kind where you just add water and seal them in a bag.
One's box got cracked, and (after the contents dumped onto the floor) I transferred it to a tupperware container. Strangely, it's doing the best, with >30 mushrooms coming up.
The second has ~6, several quite large. There are spotted patches of mycelium on top of the vermiculite casing. I'd like to get more
The third is the problem. It also has the spots of mycelium, and (as far as I can tell) a fully colonized substrate. What it does not have is even a single tiny mushroom coming up.
I followed the directions to the letter (though this particular brand didn't include poking holes in the casing, as some apparently do) and have been very careful with humidity, temperature, lighting, and heat.
Is there anything I can do to try and get the third box to spawn any mushrooms? Poke holes in the verm casing? Mist some water (and if so, how much?) Air out the bag (despite its FAE patch)? Should I just try resoaking it for 12 hours and restart the whole process? Add liquid grow mix? Wait 'n' pray? Give it up for a lost cause? It's been almost 12 days since I began the 12-hour soak, and while the instructions do say it can take up to 14 for the mushies to appear...well, the others took much less time.
Any advice is truly appreciated, especially as the proprietor (idiot or thief) of the shop I went to sold me (jetlagged, ignorant newb) liquid growing medium and NOT the spore vials I requested, which I didn't discover until I'd already left the country. Meaning I need these boxes to produce as much as possible, so I can get as many spore prints as possible, since I'm counting on at least a few getting contaminated/generally screwed up due to my inexperience.
And yes, I know (now) that the kits are a ripoff, but I wanted the easiest possible learning curve. I intend(ed) to start a DIY operation soon (about which I will be asking questions later; I live in a country where some pretty basic stuff, viz. vermiculite, Perlite, and mason jars) are seemingly unobtainable, except possibly by mail order, which would take upwards of a month and $100 in bribes.
Thanks in advance, apologies for the long post, and double extra super apologies if this is indeed a repost, but like I said, I can't find/see my original post anywhere.
If I left anything out, please excuse my ignorance, and I'll happily divulge any relevant details to the expert community here.
Cheers, Fareast

After reading all that I'm still not entirely sure what's going on, pictures would help a lot...
But yeah sometimes it can take a substrate a while to prodice fruits.
Seriously though, pictures of your setup would help us help you tremendously.

Ok. I will pic n post when I have time later.
Though I notice the same kits are on the website of a sponsoring store, so I will post a link to the exact type of kits I bought. I trust that's ok?

Basically, they're all in their bags with the lids off, tops of the bags paper-clipped shut. Since this is all so new to me, I'm just trying to get an idea of what is normal, and what can be done.
Thanks, Fareast

Sorry for the poor quality pics; my phone-camera ain't so hot, and trying to shoot through plastic bags clouded with condensation...well. Anyway, here's the setup. The one without any mushies had a lot more standing water at the bottom of the bag than the others. So...any ideas?

give them a real fruiting chamber, not that closed up bag. sgfc works nice for trays and such. also mist and fan it. looks a bit dry but hard to tell.

Thanks. I'm working on getting all the DIY stuff for a full grow together; where I live, and the hours I work, make this problematic. Perlite and vermiculite, for instance, are very hard to come by, and mail-order is a bad option.
I did open 'em up and air 'em out, but they're all still quite moist (standing water in the bottom of each bag; the top layer a bit damp to the touch; condensation on the sides of the bags and boxes.) I live in a country with an avg of 80% humidity, as well. I may mist them tomorrow anyway if I see no changes.
Additionally, I sterilized a fork with alcohol and fire and used it to loosen up the substrate and casing a bit. We'll see if this bears fruit. All I really need is one good spore print, but I want at least 5-6, since I'm a noob.
