Timeless Music
    #19138246 - 11/14/13 08:45 PM (10 years, 3 months ago)

I'm talking about the best of the best of any era, songs that anyone on earth could enjoy. Stuff like Bill Withers, Led Zeppelin, Ella Fitzgerald, Rush, Pink Floyd, Michael Jackson, Jackson 5, The Beegees, Marvin Gaye, Queen, hell even the one hit wonders!

I just need ideas for this epic playlist I'm making.

Ready.... GO!

This band comes from the Pagan folk movement over in Europe. It's similar to the sixties hippie counterculture of our America but its more underground and it's lasting longer. The music is composed of traditional instruments such as the harp, didgideroo, several kinds of flutes, jaw harp, hurdy gurdy, tons of percussion, guitar in DADGAD tuning and the list goes on and on. They're all very talented when it comes to instruments especially the two vocalists, Sic and Jenny. They play in a few languages and they also play nonsensical made up language but lots of their songs are also in English. Some are just instrumentals which are amazing. The more I listen to em, the more I fall in love with the band. I've gotten a few guys and even some of their girlfriends hooked on this band and other bands like them. I'm trying to make it popular here in America as well, haha.

Check em out!

OMNIA, listen to "I don't speak human", "fee ra huri" and the Wylde hunt for a general feel for em. They make all kinds of great shit though so don't stop there. Also, the chick is a goddess.
