Glovebox & PVC pipe question

So I'm in the process of building a glovebox. Thus far I have two holes for my arms. The two holes are both four inches in diameter. What size PVC pipe would I want to put through these holes? Sorry if this is a stupid question, I've been searching around for a while and haven't found anything. Thanks guys!

Stop! Lol....
Build SAB(Still Air Box), not a glove box. A GB(Glove Box) is not the same thing as a SAB(Still Air Box).
A SAB is better for this hobby than a GB because the gloves are attached to you and not the box.
Making it possible to flame sterilize your tool outside the box between transfers.
Also when people try to "seal" their GBs, the spots that they missed(like around the lid) will constantly suck air in and out with your movements.
This will negate the "still air environment"....

Increase the holes to 4.5" in diameter and then get 4" PVC cleanouts and caps.
(Make sure your arms fit, if not get the next size up and cut the correct sized holes.....big motha f*****.....lol)
I suggest using Gorilla Glue to secure them to the bin, not any kind of silicone adhesive....that shit gives too much.
I also suggest using tyvek sleeves attached to the inside of the adapters, secured with big zipties.
I use this, in conjunction with tyvek sleeves on my arms, and surgical gloves on my hands, sanitized with 70% alcohol.

My SAB doesn't have any PVC fittings. very simple and very effective.
I keep it in a fairly clean spot and disinfect it with 10% clorox (bleach) water before each use.

Theres all so ways to get around using a still air box or glove box you just have to have self healing injection ports on your jars... Though using a glove or still air box does make it safer.

Maybe he wants to do agar or g2g. Not just inject a jar with a needle.
