I've missed many of you, and i'm sure there are some who I have yet to meet. Although I don't have the time as I did last year to hunt, I still would like to share. I will try to post as often as possible, but not as often as I would like.
More pics will come as they are uploaded, but it's gonna take me a while to catch up.

Fibs:

Serbica: A bit late this year, the fairy ring was rotten. only one nice specimen.

Welcome back!! I always enjoyed your pictures and they were very inspirational to me to help the species along in any way i can. Glad to have you back.
Are those last pictures pelliculosa?

Thank you all for the kind words, they mean more to me than you could imagine. With that said, im sure some of you never got packages or letters i promised. If that is the case, please remind me and ill get on it.
I would also like to take this opportunity to give out some spores, as is my custom around this time of year. The species i have chosen would be P. serbica. I will give out 20 prints, one per person. send me a PM and i will get back to ya.

You are quite welcome, and i say thanks for the hunts last spring and recently. Still got pics of those gyms from when we went chant hunting!
Not having a computer at this moment makes posting pics tough, but ill try my best to get em all uploaded. Planning on saturday as my next upload. Untill then, happy hunting.

A bit of pics from adventures past. I'll try to explain as much as possible. In no particular order.
Ganoderma tsugae:
Lobster:
Sloan Peak:
Pseudohydnum:
Not exactly sure:
Coral:
Some species of Cortinarius:
Not sure bout this one. Haven't gotten around to any microscopy yet:
Chicken of the woods:
Gymnopilus punctifolius
Green Russula:
Random:
Can't remember the name at the moment. The Mongolians we ran across (which is a whole different story) were raging over em.
Herecium:
Chants:
Hedgehogs:
On top of the hill in the middle of the picture is a lookout:

From Slate Peak area, North Cascades:
Random Loup Loup pass photos, out by Starvation Mountain:
That's all for now. Still got a long day ahead of me. More photos and videos to come.

Nice shots and awesome habitat! Those Ganoderma are beautiful.
What the hell are those puffballs in the random section?! They're awesome.
I'd call the Mongolian one Leccinum.

It's super hard to tell because it's a button, but I'd go with Suillus sp. due to the shiny cap (looks like the pine/conifer needles are glued to it) and the overhanging tissue on the edge of the cap that looks like there was a partial veil at some point. And the stem appears to have glandular dots rather than scabers. The fact that it's really squat makes me think possibly Suillus brevipes.
Neo--were you thinking of Slippery Jacks?
I don't know why anyone would be going crazy over them...they're kinda meh tasting. A good medium with which to eat your sauce.

The cap color, pore color, and stipe texture all point to Leccinum (which can have those remnants on the margin too). Plus the fact they were being collected...

I don't know if I'd collect Leccinum sp. to eat, they can give you the shits real bad. Eh...I'd probably do it anyway.
If it were the Birch Bolete or Aspen Bolete it would stain blackish when cut. They would also have to be under birch or aspen, though he didn't say where he found them. I was going by the leaf litter around shroom.
