Not his best production. For one thing too low def. Blurry and I hate shit like that. Second, the repetitive shit reminds me of electroshock therapy, not sure why except the blood pressure mounts and while you're out you still get these thought loops right before your brain releases them and forgets what it was holding onto.
Reminds me of bullying really, someone taking your lunch money every day saying 'be here with your change tomorrow....' I mean you can't fucking win. I wouldn't say this was pushing me to thoughts of suicide. But I'm popping another lithium just in case.

I agree with the comments above. It gave me the chilly-willies. I didn't like it.
The idea that merely "hearing" the words will/can make a difference in your consciousness is ludicrous, to say the least.
"Being here/now" is (to borrow from the Christian playbook) a grace. You can be tied to a tree and bombarded with the message all day and all night. You can take the most powerful mind-expanding drugs humankind has ever devised.
But if it ain't in the stars for you, it ain't gonna happen.

it is interesting that when you find yourself you realize you must 'be here now' :-)
many people have realized it
mostly because they forgot to 'be here now' and that is what they did wrong
just relax, don't take everything so seriously, enjoy / appreciate
we can all be here now, if we want :-)

I respectfully disagree. Actually, "wanting it" is probably the number one obstacle to realizing/obtaining it.
Also, the message that you can have it if only you "want it enough" furthers the guilt/inferiority game that institutional religion has mastered over the centuries.
"There must be something wrong with me. I want to be [godly/enlightened/whatever] so, so badly... but I can't get there. I must be [an unrepentant sinner/unenlightened/whatever]."
That kind of stuff.

it's the same with peace, you can get peace if you want it imagine peace
but yeah I get what you mean , usually our thoughts take control of us when we want everything if we can control our own thoughts we can get everything we want, when we want it

Yeah, that was the thought.
I disbelieve the entire notion of be here now. You are here now. How stupid do you have to 'be here now' too?

i don't think it was a commandment or a challenge to be here now... i think the point was you can relax, because everything you could ever want or be, you already have and are.

Well, the video is sort of like that "Clockwork Orange" picture. (Still laughing over that one... )
If I were a seeker and happened by chance upon that 30-second video, I'm sure it would set back my spiritual progress by at least a year or two.

That is what I was going for... But I see how some people might be off put by it now.
I don't think everyone is ready to be here now, many aren't ready to let go off the past and the future... but here now is a liberation, is a fresh new moment

The newness of a new born baby is awe, is a connection to our soul, logic reason, rational mind may say its just the same old moment, but the heart surrenders to the moment and sees all things new, and heals with love.

So you're a new born baby? I understand surrended within the moment and opening up to cosmic energies, but what I despise is the mindset of a bunch of New Agers who repeat by rote some mystic formula to utter sickening pedantry, It doesn't flip the eggs. To be in the moment also means to be responsive in the moment and you can't be if you're curtailing your various impulses with some silly mental refusal to go where the mind leads. The mind is the same whether it's in the moment or in the future. It's still mind, doing what it does. Just like the hand is still a hand whether it moves and grasps and holds or whether it lays flat and open.

That's an interesting observation.
Actually, I think walking around in a 24/7 state of awareness and illumination might take some of the fun and excitement out of life.
Mystical insight is a very good thing, but I don't think we humans are intended to experience it 24/7.
If we were intended to experience it 24/7, we would.
All of us.
