You have an Inocybe species.  Without knowing which one, there is a 70% chance that it is toxic containing the mycotoxin muscarine and 30% chance that it is edible.

One feature that is missing from your photos is the base of the stem.  This makes a difference in Inocybe.

The other thing that is missing is knowing what kind of tree was nearby.  All species of Inocybe are mycorrhizal, so it was definitely with a tree.

Knowing these two things may allow you to key it out in the PNW Key Council Inocybe key.

Do you know if they are magical or poisonous Inocybe's?

Likely toxic. It is said that 70% of all their species are toxic.
