Help me decide what to do next

Hello folks!
I am working on my next steps after the two batches of BRF cakes I have going right now (6 in SGFC and 10 nocc'd and waiting for germination). I'd like some advice on what to do with the supplies I have - I've read enough to know I have enough options to do a good grow on my system so here's the criteria:
- I want to fruit in my SGFC (don't want to build a mono tub for this grow, would rather dial in my SGFC setup for now) - I have 6 jars of rye sterilized in jars with SFD injection ports - I have 3 MS syringes of cubes (A+,B+ and GT or something...) - I have shredded wheat straw - I have aged hpoo - I have vermiculite - I have BRF
I was thinking of doing cakes like bodhisatta did here.
What do y'all think? Should I use one MS for all the Rye jars or use different syringes?
Thanks! Instead of pretending I know what I'm doing I thought I'd get your help.

If you're keen on using your SGFC, then do trays of cubensis in a hpoo/straw/verm substrate. I'd do all of them the same, but that's just me. One quart jar of grain will spawn into three quarts of substrate for a total of four one-quart trays, which is about 4" x 6" x 2.4". With the others? I dunno. Order a syringe of a stone producer.

Big cakes / small trays. Then use your sgfc.

Ok here's my update. Built a SAB and nocc'd up 5 jars of Rye berries with a syringe of A+ and a syringe of GT.
Rookie mistake of the day? Didn't mark down which spores went into which jars...
Oh well - they are all cubes and they were MS and they aren't PE so it probably matters not at all.
