It looks like it to me. I have had a torch & San Pedro. When i ate mine it was useless tho. I've found the potency varies a lot from plant to plant

You have trichocereus plants there in picture, but they are too young to say proper identification.

Also their mescaline content cannot be said and you have probably 4 different seed grown plants in one pot so one can be potent and one can be inactive. Or none of them are active or they are all active. You need to grow them older and give good light and bigger pot. Later on you will find out do they have any magic or not.

It's very plausible you have mescaline in the plants but amount of mescaline cannot be said. Also they are just too young for consumption so only way to find out are grow these nice plants to adult and then find out yourself.

They are very identical to young trichocereus I have buy'd as named to t. peruvianus/pachanoi seedling.

It's very possible they have mescaline but you have to wait and grow them few years anyway to get proper amount of tissue before you ingest and try out. That size plants doesn't have enough mescaline even they can possible be active genetics.

There is picture from cactus I buy'd as peruvian torch but nursery have said these are all hybridized someway or another, your plants looks someway similar

Anyway, some trichocereus can have spines at that age and later on they have relatively short and small spines compared to cactus diameter and size.. Someway "proper id" is possible after you have "adult size" cactus plants. But anyway, you have obtained nice trichocereus cactus plants!:yesnod:

The spines and color of the cactus look exactly like peruvian torch but the shape doesnt. Perhaps it is though, were the bottoms kept in shade and the tops given light so the tops bulge like that?? Otherwise it may be san pedro but pretty sure its not San Pedro.

Any info on the history of the cactus known when you bought them?

I bought it in a normal garden shop and for less than 2 euros
I know it was not a smart shop or something but i heard that those kind of cacti ( and other mescaline fellas ) sometimes can be found as decorative plants
Anyway, if it is a torch i plan to eat it in 2 years or so
I just wanted to know because there are some bigger cacti identical to this (may be older than 2 years) that are gonna cost less than 10 dollars (in the same garden shop) and if it is really a peruvian torch it would be a great deal
