Meditation and its Brilliance

Good Afternoon everybody from Co! So throughout my life i've always inspected and tried to be aware of my life and how things happen. Over time i realized that my thoughts and emotions have effects all throughout my life and affects how and why things happen to me. More recently i started to change how i would think and look at things i couldn't say i really change emotions and things i have more control over them now. I dont even meditate a whole lot either, it just takes a little time everyday and you can meditate on or about anything you want it doesn't just have to be breathing in and out deeply. For example if you wanted to meditate about Peace and Love, you could breath in each time in the back of your mind as you breathe in "Peace, Love" then exhale all your air out to the point its like your lungs almost squeeze like a sponge. Or you can try other things,as you meditate more and more over time it clears your mind more and more and whatever you have been focused on will usually find its way to you, like the law of attraction. I speak full heartedly for this because i have been experiencing amazing results over time and slowly gets more and more powerful. Meditation is the future of Time. It can even help you fight off sicknesses and prevent them easier just through any meditation. Thoughts anybody?

Took me a couple of months to get into a daily routine and see progress, but it is definitely worth it
I recently got into a routine of drinking lots of green and white tea. Helps keep a mindful state during meditation and daily life.

Kudos to you, Ryestals. How lucky you are to realize the benefits of meditation.
My goal is to make life a walking meditation. Where there is no need to sit in a given posture with eyes closed. Where the calm and the peace run 24/7, perpetually, in the background.
Can you envision such a thing?

Omg i love this! haha I know exactly what you are saying and i feel over time as you meditate more and more and your headspace becomes more clear and your breathing becomes more stable i believe at that point when you are at a point of constant meditation while sat resting or on the move, is when youve reached enlightenment

I think that, too.
But this is not to say that when we reach this state of 24/7 meditative consciousness, life ceases to be occasionally shitty and confusing and painful and awful. On the contrary. Nothing changes.
Before enlightenment -- chop wood, carry water. After enlightenment -- chop wood, carry water.
EXCEPT, there is a perpetual 'okay-ness' that is experienced in the background. Something you can detect but cannot speak.
And this is the ultimate "agony," if you will, of the experience.
You will detect it but you will not be able to speak it.

Eat for peace Breathe for peace Play guitar for peace Make love for peace
Observe thoughts for peace Help others for peace
Imagine peace, think peace
peace is always and we can get it if we want it peace

Agreed, that's just how life is i try not to let my self be brought down by things but if i do there's just more to learn. I think that all pain and suffering in the end can make you stronger. Thats an amazing example for the great beauty of the paradoxical life we live in!^^
