Need help with some IDing
    #19129150 - 11/12/13 10:57 PM (10 years, 2 months ago)

These mushrooms dont look like any psychedelics ive seen before but im interested in IDing them for because im generally interested in Mycology.

These were growing out of a piece of dead pine tree.
They range in size from 1cm-4cm caps and stems of length 3-5cm.

I'm wondering if these are edible, if anybody can ID them that would be great.

I am currently taking a spore print and will post it when its ready.

Compare with Polyporus arcularius.

They do look very similar to Polyporus arcularis, The only difference i can see is that P. arcularis generally have a completely round cap, which these dont, but that could be because these are a little bit dry.
