panaeolus species in question

Found these in northern Marin on my front lawn. I believe them to be cinctulus but I feel like its been too cold for them. Thanks for help.

Searched desperately for pan. cincts on lawns, to no avail. In almost all circumstances you can rule them out as common lawnmower mushrooms.

they were way darker then the other mushroom i found which looked much ligher grey and white stem. This one had dark spores and darker golden caps, with darken stem thats why i thought so. They just dont seem to like like foes to me.
