Recently my body has just started to reject fast food, physically. Probably because it's so loaded with grease and preservatives. Also, I'm against it ideologically, more and more I'm realising how this mass consumerist society that we're living in is only making people obese and destroying the environment, and frankly it scares me the way people are being manipulated to need this system.

Yeah Wendy's is fairly decent quality as fast food burgers go.

Worse than KFC? Taco Bell? Burger King? All significantly grosser IMO.
In answer to the OP, I would eat there once in a while like I do now.
Yes worse than all those places. All McDonald's is, is a giant ball of grease in a wrapper.

I would.
It's not too difficult to keep your calorie intake low enough to maintain your weight even while eating at McDonalds every day. Sure, their food might be like 10% less filling then healthier food, but it's still possible to go there every day for a 750 calorie lunch and not get fat.
You could go for a dollar-menu burger, some sort of baked potato or medium fries, and still have around 100 calories left over for some sort of drink.

Nope, just not believing the ridiculous ideas that gmo foods or low quality meat mean that you're going to become "sick disgusting stupid and obese". You can eat McDonalds every day and have a flat stomach and good overall health like Don Gorske, as long as you don't go home and eat a bucket of fried chicken right after that while sitting in one spot on the couch for the rest of the night, only getting up to get another soda.

It's not about the calorie intake alone, it's about the incredibly fucked up sources of those calories. Grains with more grains with starch-filled potatoes grilled in fat, and some meat from beef that was force fed grains instead of normal grass.
WHERE ARE THE FUCKING GREEN VEGGIES up in this motherfucker?
That omega 3 / omega 6 balance thing:
Omega 6 is inflammatory, and comes from grains seeds and the meat of the animals that eat these things.
Omega 3 is antiinflammatory, and comes from green plants and algae and the meat of animals that eat them.
Name some sources of Omega 3 on a McDonalds menu. Even the salads are dunked in greasy suspicious shit.

I would eat something from McDonald's daily if it were free; I did twice a day for a few months, years ago before they wised up to "extreme" couponing. I didn't gain a pound, but I did drink a lot more water during that time. Double quarter-pounder with cheese combo around noon, and breakfast after midnight. I started getting sick of it towards the end, but I get sick of eating anything daily before too long.

If I could eat these disgustingly unhealthy foods, like a bucket of KFC or name your fast food joint, without repercussion, yeah I'd do it. I actually love fried chicken. I love pizza. I love all that shit. But ever since I started focusing on eating right and staying fit, I just can't in good conscience eat any of that. It makes me feel guilty and sick.
I still get down on some pizza once a month or so but that's about it.

Yeah same here, but at in addition to that at least one or two drunken Saturday nights a month I eat Micky D's dollar menu and slam water to prevent hangovers. Nothing else is open around then and I'll be damned if I'm gonna cook something.

It doesn't matter if one meal a day is not omega balanced.
The Morgan Spurlock "I'm gonna eat the unhealthiest choice 3x a day" bullshit is just ridiculous, ofc if you do that there will be repercussions.
You can eat McDonalds daily and not be sick, disgusting, or obese as long as reasonably active and eat well during your other two or three daily meals. That's all I'm saying.

I hear you. The question is, is McD food that good, taste-wise, to warrant the shitty omega balance and fat and toxins and empty calories?
I'd have nothing against it if the taste was fucking amazing, IMO it's really not. I may be biased here, I actually follow how I feel 2-3 hours after meals as well, and if something makes me feel like shit later, I make very negative associations with it and actively avoid it from then on. Like if there's no salad on the table, I don;t even touch the fries. The McD meals are all meat+fat+starch basically, in my book that's a complete disaster.
I don't know the chemistry behind it, but I've seen how I feel after fat+starch without salads and it's fucked up.

Ofc it's not that good, but it's a lot more convenient and filling at 2:30 am than making stir fry or a salad.
I don't know though, I knew a guy who said the first thing he wanted when he got out of a solid jail sentence was McDonalds, so apparently to some people it is that good. They probably have never had good home cooked food.
Not pussy, not weed, not an unshared shower or a change of clothes, he wanted fucking McDonalds dollar menu burgers.

To be fair tho I bet anything off that shitty McDonald's menu tastes like 5 star cuisine compared to the vomit they serve in jail.

Haha yeah good point, but man I'd want my first taste to be shocking to my tastebuds. I'd be like hell I deserve a marbled ass steak after that bullshit. Maybe it still all comes down to convenience though and you don't want to wait that long. Or maybe he just really really liked the pink slime. Who knows? Didn't feel right to question him on it at the time.
I also have read that some people request McDonalds and other fast food for their last meals prior to execution. That's the weakest request ever. I like to think that at least one christ like figure did it to save the tax payers money as a final act of redemption, but that's probably never once happened irl.
