I can rip any phone book in half but that trick is easy once you learn how to do it..bending wrenches takes a lot of torque..i also like finger strength training,hashtag tiger claw

I was heating up PVC, making half diameter slits, and than pushing the softened PVC in and holding it in place till it hardened. That shit strengthened my hands for sure.

working with tools as well,especilly car mechanics will make you forearms rock hard along with working as a framer..i werked as a framer and these dudes could knock a nail in on one hit without missing..shit was cray

rock climbing, bouldering...makes your forearms and hands totally strong, as well as your whole body. i'm so damn sore from a climbing session 2 days ago its crazy.

Yeah, rock climbing (bouldering too) will make your arms and fingers crazy strong. They have training rooms in most climbing gyms too

Gotta do weighted pullups, 1 arm pullups (assisted to start), go chill on the hangboard at the end of your sesh, and I always tell people to just try hanging out on holds that are up a grade- makes what you're working on seem a lot easier ...
