Have I had some kind of phobia my entire life and not known?

Whenever I get my blood drawn, I typically get lightheaded, dizzy, faint, and have blurred vision. I remember in some sort of health seminar as a kid getting extremely faint and sick halfway through and having to step out, not to mention getting a bit faint while reading about certain blood-related anatomy things back in HS health class.
Anyway, today in work we had a sort of safety lesson review (I.E. what to do in case of a heart attack, ect). I got so fucking disoriented I nearly fainted, I couldn't pay attention to what people around me were saying, and my vision starting blurring to the point where I could barely see - all grey and fuzzy-like. I tried to calm myself and after closing my eyes for half a minute I opened them and my vision was back to normal on my right eye. However, I was COMPLETELY BLIND with my left eye. I tried closing my right eye and looking through my left, and I couldn't even see out a little bit. My coworkers noticed I was looking pale as fuck and asked if I needed a doctor or something but I stood out and sat on a couch for about 10 minutes before taking the day off. During the time I started to get faint, we were going over taking pulses, ("Put your 2 fingers on your so and so artery and count").
So, do I have some sort of blood phobia or something?

Same here. Blood and gore in movies/TV does not effect me in the slightest, but put a needle in my arm and I nearly pass out.

I have a huge phobia of needles and what you described is pretty much exactly what happens to me whenever I'm stuck with one, or sometimes even when I know I'm going to get one (even if I can't see it yet).
I've had the blindness thing happen, but it happened in both eyes, I was conscious and walking around and people noticed I was pale as fuck and sweating buckets, but I couldn't see a damn thing, everything was just black. This was when I was getting ready to head to the dentist and knew I was going to be getting numbed up.
One time I passed out in the dentist chair and started shaking like I was having seizures, freaked the dentist out and when I woke up every single assistant was in my room, even the entire waiting room knew something was going on, I guess the dentist started yelling or something after I passed out. Last thing I remember was the needle going into my mouth.
A while back I got really sick and couldn't keep anything, even water down and went to the ER and they drew blood, the second the needle hit my arm I was fighting to stay conscious, they ended up having to wheel me around everywhere in a wheel chair afterwards.

With my face against the floor I can’t see who knocked me out of the way. I don’t want to get back up but I have to so it might as well be today. Nothing appeals to me no one feels like me, I’m too busy being calm to disappear. I’m in no shape to be alone contrary to the shit that you might hear. You can't wake up, this is not a dream. You're part of a machine, you are not a human being With your face all made up, living on a screen. Low on self esteem, so you run on gasoline

It's funny, I just recently had to do a lot of phlebotomy in a hospital in the outpatient and on the floors. I thought I would come across more people with a fear of having their blood drawn, but that wasn't the case. Every single person was okay with. They were even okay with a student sticking them. I did find that the people who seemed most uncomfortable with it were men. They normally did the "Oohs" and the tensing up.
I normally pass out, but I've had so many people tell me that it's like 80% in my head. So I started doing everything I could to keep from passing out. Like making sure I ate well, making sure I was very hydrated, stayed away from caffeine before the draw. That all helps.
