the platitude is a farce. you don't have to speak freely to have the right to the freedom of speech, in America, or otherwise.
but especially in America, with it's false hope, idealism and platitudes. it's a right, it's a right. it's not not a right, unless the moral is that things are only rights if someone says they are. in that case, your sentiment still doesn't hold any water; because then what we're talking about isn't "human rights", but "rights" that exculpate people from responsibility because they're "allowed to".

You don't use your rights, then you slowly lose them. I applaud the people in the video for spreading awareness and keeping those fucks in check.
And this isn't Nazi Germany, although they are trying to make make it that way.
If we were required by law to answer questions at random checkpoints within the US border then these agents WOULD enforce it. BUT THEY DON'T because what they are doing is unconstitutional and they know it.
