Do these B+ cubies look extremely weird to you? (pics)

These took a while to start pinning and the pins, even when small, appeared to have the veil all the way out (as you can see in the pic). The pins on other cakes looked completely different (also a pic of that). What's going on? Is it my fruiting chamber? I was using a crappy PMP/SGFC hybrid which I converted back to a standard PMP just now. I will change to SGFC soon.

No, as you can see even the tiny mushrooms that are growing on that cake have the veil out. When that big mushroom was a centimeter long the veil was out. It's been growing for 3-4 days.

Pick them sooner, this happens when you've let them grow longer than necessary. The caps pop then continue to fold outward until they've folded into themselves... thus your conundrum. You can see the smaller cap next to the big one is starting to do that.
Unless you're growing for weight your just cheating yourself by letting them do that. Mushrooms stop producing actives when spore production starts, thus any weight gained after that point is useless. This also throws off how good they are if you intend on trying them
Best of luck!

i dont see spore production on the gills of the cap. that leads me to think they are just mutants. also, it is the first flush, so i beleive your chances of mutants is higher (dont quote me on that, thats just off my limited experience).
My avatar pic is a B+ that looks exactly like yours except mine was wavy like a cyanescens. spores will be produced once the mushroom is ready. i just harvested when i saw gills slightly darkening.

I'm pretty sure most production of active compounds stops right when the primordia are forming, that's why you can have insanely strong trips off small amounts of aborts.
