I hope bitcoin crashes

So that I buy low nd make more $$ when it shoots back up again.
Its crashed slightly in the past 24 hours..from $350 something to $306..
Sell, sell sell!

Hoping I can buy atleast one more bitcoin under $100 but that is seeming less and less likely
So what do you think, think it will crash...or rise out-of-reach for the average person to be able to afford a single BTC within a few years time.
I think a combo of both, which will help distribute bitcoin more evenly..could be wrong though. Also, do you think that the new wealthy elite that will rise with bitcoin will be good or bad for humanity?
The mathematics behind bitcoin is something truly beautiful once you understand it...It was designed to succeed.

i think it will go down exponentially. less and less people are buying because of the high costs. eventually it will even out and everyone will get a fair share.

Nearly everything is designed to succeed...
But I think bitoin prices may drop a little sometime soon, but they're just gonna keep going up and and up after that...

Bought bitcoins at $16 last and I thought it was expensive, was really only willing to pay $12
but you pay a premium sometimes
it was only 2 years ago I think, now theyre $100+
I did see them at $8-10 per BTC at that time iirc, they had a big crash at that time so I lost a bit of money.. lost maybe 40% in a day
personally I thought it was SR that kept the bitcoin economy going... but seems they have actually gained value since SR went down... weird
but I guess there was a lot of bitcoins confiscated... so each BTC will be worth more now less in ciculation
one of the biggest things that decides if a currency will be popular is the trust in that currency how much do people trust bitcoins
but if its the only choice for money laundering it might not be as big an issue if its trustworthy not that I have used it for that, but it is often used for that
personally Im tired of paypal and their bullshit, and customer 'service' tried bitcoins in a webshop before, worked nicely , and no fees for me compared to paypal / creditcard

Bitcoins are $300+ right now.
I bought bitcoins at $6 in 2011 after the crash from $30 and knew I was getting a deal.
Have you seen the paper submitted by Satoshi in which he invents bitcoin?
Its one of the most genius things I have ever seen. Bitcoin wasn't successful because of SR, SR was successful because of bitcoin.
They gained value because they cannot 'seize' the purported 600k in BTC from the sites alleged owner, and because China recently got interested. Any currency that relies on a third-party (fiat) is doomed to fail against decentralized cryptocurrencies due to the very trust factor you speak of..It is truly only a matter of time before fiat and the fed crashes, imo. Also, supply and demand..recognition, etc.
Bitcoin is what it is not because of the small amount of criminal activity for which it allows, but because of the freedom and independence it allows.
Fuck a third-party, fuck a bank, fuck a western union and a paypal.
Bitcoin needs none and neither do you.

No need to get a 'merchants' account just to sell things online..
Just set-up a wallet and start your business.
Good for the economy!

it's value is based on demand vs supply, it's that simple. if you want the value to collapse then you need to convince everyone to sell what they have. it's a tactic that's been used by people playing stocks and precious metals

false. if you trade a couple of pigs for a cow it's still taxable if you've made a profit from it (selling the cow for a greater value than 2 pigs), if you dont claim that profit then it's noncompliance or tax evasion, that's usually a far heavier penalty than just paying the tax

Pleas share your wisdom of how it is "surely controlled by the feds" I would really like to know how you know that for sure...

The fact that the feds have his source code? Lol.
Any intelligent vendor / buyer operates on this level. Your mindset should be that you are dealing with a honey pot, even if you're not. Because you can never be sure.
Unfortunately most sellers are too lazy to properly set-up their operation with good security. Read accounts of seller busts from silk road 1.0, the authorities can trace where packages have been sent from and where you bought the postage from. If you don't operate as if the police are actively using this information to track you down, they will be able to.
Anyone interested in the subject of honeypots should read about the history of carding forums.

As for using Tor...
The feds pay for 60 percent of Tor’s development. Can users trust it?

None of that makes it surely ran by the feds, I admit it is very possible, but you can't say for sure.

It's a subjective take on it sure... but the opinion is founded using logic and intuition. Stay naive though.
