Nice find..
 Sure they are some kind of peruvian torches if you want to put that name for certain appearance of cactus. I have similar appearance peruvian torch but not so thick with diameter.
Very cool color but I suspect some moisture and flash from camera change appearance a bit. But not too much.

afaik cuzcoensis isn't so bluish than cactus cuttings in picture.

Agreed, cuzcoensis is more light green in colour, and has white spines.

Also it seems peruvianus have that more chunky blunt tip to them, where cuzcos will have more of a taper and be more like a bridgesii in girth. Also it seems cuzcos will have a more pronounced V above each aureole. I'm still figuring it all out myself though.

They're definitely T. peruvianus and in no way resemble a cuzcoensis.
They're similar to the T.peruvianus ROSEII clones that are grown and passed around in Australia.
