Can I reincoluate same jar?

Around a week ago I inoculated pan cyans and shittake spores in pre sterilized rye seeds sub "fancy" mason jars. None of the jars are showing growth expect for maybe my jamacian strain of pan cyan. It's had this small white fuzziness thing coming out of the rye seeds? Is that a property of rye seeds or most likely mycelium?
Can I introduce more solution of the same strain into each jar?

Do not re inoculate the jars, if you shook the spore syringe prior to inoculation, and shot at least a few drops in there, you should have gotten some spores in your jar which are plenty enough to germinate. Dont shake the jar after it is inocd with spores because you want the spores to be close to each other.
IMO i think shittake just takes longer. Though i9 wouldn't know as i've never experimented with them. Just be patient, if you dont see any growth from your shittake in 3weeks+ then you should maybe prep a new jar and try again.
I like agar, because with 1 tiny drop of spores you can get multiple cultures and multiple grain masters going.

I've re inoculated a qt jar once with an lc because it wasn't doing anything after 2 weeks as compared to the other 2 jars that were injected with same solution. its in FC now. it was B+ tho. I did it against my better judgement tho, it felt wrong

like everyone else said, probably not the best idea... especially at a week, even from my very limited experience it seems like one should wait longer than that. however, I just reinoc'ed 6 brf jars, inoculated 10 originally but was clearly too stoned/tired to remember to shake the syringe until after halfway through... as I suspected, 4 jars took off (and one hit the ground running, its absurd how fast that thing is going, I would imagine because it had the majority of the spores) and after a couple weeks, absolutely nothing in the other 6. so... reinoculated. one thing I was careful to do was to only use a small amount of spore solution the second time around, as I've heard adding too much moisture is a sure-fire way to screw up/contam your jars.
anyways, this was only yesterday, so I will post back in a week and let you know how they're doing. good luck.

Spore syringes are almost never clean. LC is at risk of contam every time you stick the SHIP. Inoculation is the riskiest part of the whole process, therefore we want to do it as little as possible.

whats a "special contam barrier jar" that u speak of? like a modified lid? they sell those pre fab? dude make ur own! not saying what u have won't work (i also wanna see a pic, just curious) but part of the feeling of reward that comes from this hobby is that a lot of it is DIY. well for me anyway, and Im sure ~80% of the posters would agree. just throwing it out there, no criticism.

The cap from which the spores came was most likely fruited in open air....so it would be very rare to have a 100% clean print/syringe.
LCs are also a great breeding ground for everything not mycellium......
