Here is my 4 tier gh setup. There are several members on the shroomery that I should thank for helping set this up. Hippiechick and Helltick's designs helped me.

Ok, looks good couple questions for you.
1. I just ordered the exact one you have, and first thing I've wondered is what to do about the bottom, I noticed you have kind of made a bottom, well how did you do yours? I had though about locating a tote/tub large enough then cutting it down (so it wasn't so high)
2. And what does your average RH stay at?

I just used 1/2" PVC to build the base. I used three way PVC pieces at each of the corners. When I finished the frame, I wrapped it in contractors plastic that I had laying around. It was a cheap build. Probably under $10. I struggled to find a tote that was the right size and finally gave up and built this base.

Oh, I just turned the humidifiers on for 45 mins to test it. It climbed to 96% and I shut it off.

This is the fitting http://www.pvcbuilder.com/PB1253W-p/pb1253w.htm. It takes 6 of them and two 10' lengths of PVC. The fittings are around .70 cents the PVC pipe should be about $1.20

I have several timers for a hydroponic system in my basement. I also bought one. I usually stick with digital timers they run around $16 at lowes.
