so my friend came home really drunk earlier and drink a lot of hard alcohol. When he got home, he took 5 valiums. He never takes any valium and has no tolerance for drugs like this. Now he is really fucked up. I was wondering if i should do something about this? or will he be okay?

Can you elaborate on "really fucked up"? I mean that's pretty broad.

do you know the dosage of the valium? Keep him awake and keep an eye on him. If he passes out, make sure he's still breathing fine.

He cant really stand up and he has really slurred speech. he says his face is completely numb. its really hard to talk to him.. takes him a while to respond to my questions and he just seems really out of it. the Valiums are 10mg, so he took 50mg in total.

Jesus christ that's a lot of valium...
I would watch him for a bit, and continuously check up on him. If you have any doubts, call the paramedics.

No, he doesn't really look sick. just looks really drunk. I'm talking to him now and his speech doesn't seem as slurred as before. Should i keep him awake or let him sleep.

Like what the above posters have said, keep him awake if possible. Make sure hes not in a position to choke on his own vomit. If he passes out watch his breathing/heartrate.
I watched a good friend OD from a similar drug cocktail. Dude was really drunk and had been taking valium throughout the day. Did a shot of heroin and that was a wrap. No breathing or heartbeat, no matter how much I screamed or how hard I slapped him. Ambulance came and took him to the hospital. All they did was monitor his vitals, never gave him any Naloxone, he was able to come out of it on his own. I personally would only call 911/take him to the hospital if I believed his life depended on it.

seems the best choice atm is to keep a close eye and like others have said turn him on his side when he sleeps so he doesn't swallow vomit.
also, ice in her ass and pussy <-- keep this by ur side just incase

well now he is up and able to walk but he's being a real douche bag right now. hes begging me to give him another pill and i told him no. so now he says hes going for a walk to get another pack and hes going to take three more, if i don't give him this one. So now he's on his way to get another pack. that's like a 20 minute walk in the middle of the day.

its the valume talking, my father in law is like this. do what you can to to keep him from taking more. trust me from the sounds of his personality benzos make him a ass, it happens with some people. try your best not to just cold cock his ass (unless he really needs it) and most likely he will pass out from the valume
it sounds like most of the alcohol is out of his system and now the benzo is making him a dick and he will do "what the fuck he wants to"

you will probably see him start "nodding" soon but dont put him to bed till he is ready or else you will have a nother fight on you hands. just let it play out and try to keep him from taking more without pissing him off if possible.
im used to a benzo addict who turns into a ass when on them. just grit your teeth and do what you can to take care of your buddy tonight.
in the morning he will be all sorry and stuff. hopefully he will see benzos are not a good drug for him.
sorry for the multi post. i have experience with people who are like that on benzos
