Picked these today at my normal spot, I was wondering if they are to old? Someone said on here "if you wouldn't buy it at the store, don't pick it" but these look fine, like I would buy them, just not the same color as others I've picked.

These ones I'm pretty sure are rotten, so I'm throwing them out..but just wondering if maybe you can let them go this far and be fine?

Rotten is falling apart as you pick. Any bit of mush throw away. But dark does not mean bad at all. From what I see dry them out lol.

Those look perfectly fine. They get dark naturally. They bruise dark-blue/black. And they can be slightly water-logged which won't be a problem if dried right away. Good find man!

Yeah, my most recent find was worse than that. I had to pick some little buggies off, but I'm assuming they're fine

These little tremor worms have infested the older more rotten cyans of mine and somehow they ate they're way through the cardboard box and ended up all over the couch.
There is no killing of these little fuckers either, i would try and smear em with a paper towel & they ended up enjoying being smothered with a sanitary wipe even more than eating the psychedelic compounds of they're food so I left them alone in the other room. What happens in the bedroom stays out of the kitchen. I killed a bunch others in the dehydrator.
I just started thinking about how I would eat fresh mushrooms without second guessing myself about these slugs & maybe Im a worm with legs jk I'm just pretty high & bored & tired
we should all begin transplanting the cyan slugs to help spread the spores around .. Hopefully they live until tomorow

dry them out, the bugs will die, they cant eat through dry material like cardboard.
